How we work
KAVO builds repeatable operational systems, not demos. Every engagement runs the same short path from diagnosis to measured result — and every delivery is written up as a pattern.
- Written diagnosis — the workflow, its real cost, what good looks like
- Decision to proceed — deposit starts the work; nothing starts before it
- Credential intake — least-privilege, scoped access to exactly the systems we touch
- Build to your workflow map, with human-approval gates on sensitive actions
- Your acceptance test against the success criteria you defined
- Go-live and balance payment, then monitoring, maintenance, and quarterly measured ROI reviews
- Expansion onto the next workflow
Custom → pattern → template → product
Every delivery is written up as a pattern in the internal pattern registry — the workflow map, the integration adapters, the approval gates, the failure handling. When a pattern repeats across three or more customers, it becomes a productized service with its own fixed scope and price.
We do not market a pattern as validated until it has actually been delivered. KAVO has been forming engagements since 2026; our pattern registry reflects that stage, and we would rather show you an honest zero than an invented track record.
Custom, but not a bespoke shop
Customization happens inside the offer: your qualification criteria, your calendar, your tone, your approval rules. Changes that alter what the system is — a new workflow, a new integration, a behavior change — are scoped as fixed-price change orders, never absorbed silently into the monthly fee. You always know which bucket a request falls into.
Human approval is a feature
Sensitive communications, financial actions, record changes, and external publishing wait for a person by default. Automation without a control plane is how an AI outage becomes a business incident.
