Pricing
Three tiers, one method. Implementation is a fixed price quoted from your workflow — never an hourly estimate that grows. Management is a flat monthly fee. Third-party usage (AI, SMS, telephony) passes through at cost, itemized. The struck-through price is our Standard price; the launch discount is time-boxed and it is the only discount.

Sensitive-data workflows on your infrastructure — private RAG over your documents, on-prem inference, employee knowledge systems.

- Hardware bought by you, on our written workload-driven spec
- Cloud escalation only on explicit triggers
- Every implementation deliverable listed below
What the implementation fee buys — every tier
- Written diagnosis — your workflow mapped, its current cost quantified, and an ROI worksheet with every assumption labeled (yours to keep, whichever way you decide)
- Integration build for every system named in your SOW — API access verified live before you commit to anything
- Human-approval gates configured on sensitive actions — sends, financial actions, deletions, and publishing wait for a person by default
- Internal test pass against failure modes (API outages, garbage input, duplicates) — not just the happy path
- Your acceptance test — success criteria defined in your words at kickoff; you pass it before the balance is due
- Go-live handoff — staff briefing, monitoring live, rollback plan, written runbook
- Weekly build updates — status, blockers, and decisions needed, in writing
What the monthly management fee buys — every tier
- 24/7 monitoring with failure handling — retries, fallbacks, and a human review queue; a failed AI call never silently kills the workflow
- Bug fixes and maintenance included — P1 incidents acknowledged within 2 business hours
- Included support hours every month (2 / 4 / 6 by tier) — usage visible in your monthly digest, never a surprise
- Quarterly measured ROI review from actual data — hours actually saved, revenue actually recovered, reported even when below projection
- Tuning inside your included hours; anything bigger is a fixed-price change order you approve before work starts
