What are the quiet leaks costing you?

Three questions. No math. Drag the sliders — everything stays in your browser.

The method, in plain words

Every business has inquiries nobody answered, quotes that went cold, and appointments that no-showed. Each one was already paid for — ads, referrals, reputation — and then quietly lost. We count what that costs you each month, apply your gross margin, and assume a deliberately conservative recovery rate until real numbers exist.

Two rules always: cost savings and recovered revenue are reported separately, and recovered revenue is labeled an estimate until it's measured. No blended "ROI %" headline hiding the mix.

For the spreadsheet-minded — the full method

Labor & cost

  • Hours/month spent on the workflow (customer-stated)
  • Fully-loaded hourly cost of who does it
  • Automatable share (KAVO estimate, confidence-labeled)
  • Software/tooling cost, current and after

Revenue leakage

  • Lead/inquiry volume, average value, gross margin
  • Current conversion; missed-lead rate
  • No-show / cold-quote rate
  • Recovery rate on follow-up — conservative, assumed until measured
CURRENT   = H·R + S + E + V·M·D·m + V·(1−M)·N·D·m
AFTER     = H·(1−A)·R + S' + rework'
SAVINGS   = CURRENT − AFTER
RECOVERED = V·M·F·D·m + V·(1−M)·N·F₂·D·m        (forecast until measured)
NET/mo    = SAVINGS + RECOVERED − management fee − usage
PAYBACK   = implementation ÷ NET        YEAR 1 = NET·12 − implementation

Recovered revenue is always flagged as forecast. The conservative view counts half of it; that is the headline, never the stretch case.

The full estimator — every input, exact formulas

For the detail-oriented: twelve inputs, same rules. Nothing is sent anywhere — this runs in your browser, and the results are estimates from your own inputs, not a KAVO claim.

Enter values — results compute locally.

Estimates only, computed from your inputs in your browser. Cost savings vs recovered revenue shown separately. If payback is under a month, check your inputs twice — we will.

What happens after go-live

At day 90 and quarterly after, ROI is recomputed from measured data: hours actually displaced, recoveries actually counted, support and usage actually spent. Where measured lands below projected, we report the gap — that honesty is the point of the exercise.
